Seabrook Island Club

When we began imagining our wedding, we both agreed we could not picture ourselves getting married in Wisconsin (Elliot’s home state) or Illinois (Lauren’s home state). So, we chose the next most logical location—South Carolina!

In reality, we wanted something small and intimate, and we thought that would pair nicely with an ocean view. After taking a trip there, it solidified our decision.

Seabrook Island Club is a private, gated, oceanfront community just outside of Charleston, SC. It’s known for its quiet beaches, marsh views, and relaxed Lowcountry atmosphere. There are a variety of lodging options nearby, from vacation rentals on Seabrook Island and neighboring Kiawah Island, to hotels just outside the island gates and closer to Charleston.
